Résumé
Formally educated at Lawrence Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design. I held a Computer Aided Industrial Design internship with Polaris Industries Inc. where my roles involved 3D modeling, Keyshot renderings, machine sketches, as well as trade dress exploration, all within various teams in the Industrial Design program.
After graduating, I have been a User Interface Designer working for Caterpillar; helping build the next generation of UI, including iconography, a web-component based Design System, css assigned theme sheet, and illustration strategy for years to come. Day to day tasks involve new component creation in Figma, vector icon and image creation in Adobe Illustrator, as well as asset and GUI specification delivery to the necessary developers.
Off-Résumé
Non professionally, I enjoy painting canvases with oil or acrylic paints. I experiment with photography; shooting on a Canon DSLR, then editing color and touch up with Adobe Lightroom + Photoshop. Likewise I practice storytelling in videos; editing and making simple animations within Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects.

Hiking
Particularly the mountains (Mt. Ranier pictured above). I love a hike that serves as a workout and rewards my effort with beautiful views.

A former ACHA club hockey player, I still play men’s league regularly for the camaraderie, exercise, and enjoyment of the game.
